Hi I'm Michael,
and I am the new owner of
Charm Supplies and Occasions Emporium.
My wife Lisa has been dealing with the previous owners
Susanne & Adam, in her business, for over 5 years, so it seemed a lovely honour
to carry on where they left off and nurture this lovely business as they head
off on their adventures and enjoy an early retirement.
I'm proud to be taking the reins, and together my wife and I
aim to give you the same personal experience.
The website has had a little refresh to make it our own, but we still have the
same products and supplies you know and love.

RETURNS
Please email within 7 days to inform us of any returns and the reason.
Returns are accepted for faulty or unwanted items and refunds will be made via
your original payment method.
The goods must be returned in the original packaging and condition.
If not faulty then the buyer is responsible for any postage costs.
If an item is faulty then we will of course reimburse you accordingly upon
receipt of the returned of the item and the proof of postage receipt.
Please note that bespoke orders and personalised items
cannot be returned unless faulty.
